WICHITA, KS—Hunter Hotel Advisors recently announced that it closed on the sale of the five-year-old, 84-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites Wichita Airport.
Hunter represented TNJ Group as the seller, and arranged the sale of the asset to KAJ Hospitality, which also owns two other IHG properties in the local market. “This is a strong performing asset that is positioned to reap the benefits of the strengthening Wichita economy,” said Marilyn Cox, VP of Hunter Hotel Advisors.
Brown Kessler, VP of Hunter Hotel Advisors, and Cox handled the transaction for Hunter.
The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Wichita Airport is located north of Wichita Mid-Continent International Airport on West Kellogg Ave. and west of Interstate 235 and downtown Wichita. It is situated near numerous companies in the aviation sector and near several regional attractions, including Botanica Gardens, Town West Mall, Museum of World Treasures and Exploration Place.
