Updated Guest Rooms at Ramada Inn DFW Airport
Hank Wolpert of Colliers International Hotels announced the price reduction of a Texas hotel for sale. The Ramada Inn located at Dallas-Fort Worth Airport has been reduced by $1,300,000. On top of the reduction, the seller has agreed to provide up to 50% seller financing for qualified buyers.

The 140 guest room property includes 61 units with kitchenettes and 9 units that are two-bedroom suites. Current revenue is at $1,000,000 and the trailing 12 RevPAR is up 40%+. It is third party managed which leads to further upside under an owner/operator.

This Texas hotel for sale is located in the highly desirable north end hotel zone and is in close proximity to Dallas-Fort Worth Airport, Irving Convention Center, Grapevine Mills Mall / Outdoor World and Gaylord Texas Convention Hotel.
